The Ultra X4 1200W Modular PSU is Ultra's comeback attempt in the power supply market and this 1200W unit is unique in the fact that it is no bigger than a standard 400W unit. What it lacks in size it makes up for in modular connectors, stability and power. The Ultra Products X4 1200W PSU is a beast in a small package. This PSU comes equipped with one massive 85A +12v rail and supports 6 PCIe devices - 3x 6-pin and 3x 8-pin. It is completely modular and features a nice large fan that provides very good cooling to this unit under normal circumstances. When pulling 1000W through this unit some components hit 70C as measured with an IR Thermal probe, but we experienced no stability issues.
