The Arctic Cooling Silentium T2 ECO 80 case has a steel chassis and some of Arctic Cooling's super-quiet fans. They also provide some foam to sandwich your hard drives in to further reduce noise. Combined with a highly efficient 550W PSU it follows the old addage that Cases are to be seen and not heard. It is designed from the ground up to be quiet. The rear exhaust fans are literally inaudible as is the PSU fan. If you use a quiet CPU fan like the Freezer 7 Pro and a quiet GPU cooling solution like the Accelero S1 w/Turbo Module, the loudest part of your system will be your hard drives. Arctic Cooling has a solution to quiet your hard drives as well and at first it scared me as I thought it would just bake my drives and turn them into 80 USD paperweights.
