This Tuniq Tower 120-LFB CPU cooler uses a 120mm fan sandwiched between a couple of stacks of fins to provide good cooling performance without a ton of noise. If you want a good cooler that won't break the bank or leave you deaf, the Tuniq Tower 120-LFB is a decent choice. The biggest drawback for me was the noise of this cooler when running at full speed, it wasn't ear-piercing noisy, but it was very noticeable. However with that being said, the performance this cooler offers at low speeds is good enough that you don't need to be running this cooler full out, and it's nice to have the option to crank the fan up if for some reason you need extra cooling power.
