Not so long ago I had the pleasure of reviewing the center piece of this kit, the impressive NexXxos XP CPU water block. The XP block is simply one of the best pieces of water cooling gear that has ever passed over my work bench. A combination of impingement and pin fin design, the NexXxos XP consistently scores near or at the top of commercial water block rankings. When I was asked if I could arrange a review of one of the AlphaCool full kits and what size radiator would I like I said, "Well okay, twist my arm. And I'll take the big one please. =) " Minor twisting of appendages ensued and a very short time later the top-of-the-line AlphaCool Xtreme 360 Rev.2 12V kit showed up on my doorstep.
