The NZXT Hades Crafted Case is a decent choice for 90 USD and offers fan controllers, temperature monitoring, great ventilation, filtered intake fans and a lot more. It has a couple of issues that make it fall short of our top award, but it's still a decent choice if you want a well-built case on a budget. There are three temperature sensors included with the Hades as well as a couple of fan controllers. This allows you to control the temperature/noise ratio and give you extra value - without dropping extra cash on a fan controller. While you do have to open the door of your case to control the fans, the temperature is displayed with the door closed.
